Frequently I come across people who, despite all the evidence, continue to make food choices that do not support their health, in fact, make them ill.   10. Our Educational Systems – our nutritional ethos – 3 square meals – Protein sources and requirements – school lunch programs.
  11. The Medical Profession – how it addresses nutrition, weight loss and chronic disease.
  12. Denial
